cute staff convenient location hearty breakfast
The staff welcomed me warmly , and they were genuinely happy to assist with anything I needed. I found the location convenient , a quick walk placed me among shops and restaurants. Breakfast each morning included a hearty selection and fresh ingredients. The convenience of having a car park nearby for a reasonable daily rate of £5 was a definite plus.
I noticed some wear and tear , specifically the bathroom tiles need attention.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location near the city center. The staff was cute and helpful. I appreciated the rock theme. The rooms were clean. They even mailed back a charger I left behind. That was AMAZING!!!
The music from the pub was audible late into the night.

rock themed gem!
great produce convenient location
the location is very convenient. i was only a short walk from major attractions. breakfast was really amazing. there was great quality produce on offer. it really set me up well for the day.
the ensuite needed a little tlc. i noticed some wear around the bath area. it is understandable these things require time and money to address, but i hope it is resolved soon.

the room had a rock theme. i adored the artwork postcard in the room. as a music fan, i will get it framed. the room was also everything was super clean.

delicious breakfast offered plenty of tea. coffee and fruit juice were also available. the bar offered great evening entertainment. plenty of staff were available to serve drinks.

the staff were very cute. they were helpful throughout my stay. when i asked for a hairdryer, it was promptly delivered to my room. i felt nothing was too much trouble.

poor soundproofing pigeon disturbance
The staff were friendly and helpful I received early check in which was a bonus.
The room was not sound proof I could hear music all night. Pigeons also caused disturbance resulting in a poor sleep. I would not stay with kids again.
